Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account at issimocollections.com.
  2. Go to Order History and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation and the details needed to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please submit a return request through issimocollections.com. Such cases will be prioritized, and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
